F.I.S.H.Access Lab™

Partnership pathway / 01

Collaboration built around real questions.

There is no single way to work with F.I.S.H. Start with a promising use case, then choose the depth of testing and documentation that fits the technology and the people it may serve.

The model

Four levels of collaboration

Level 01

Early Access Partner

Technology partner may provide
Early product access, a working prototype, or a defined opportunity to explore emerging functionality.
F.I.S.H. contributes
Initial use-case exploration, accessibility-informed questions, and grounded feedback from practical scenarios.
Possible outputs
Exploratory notes, potential test scenarios, and a scope for a possible next phase.
What success could look like
Both teams understand where the technology may be useful and what should be tested next.
Level 02

Applied Testing Partner

Technology partner may provide
A usable tool or pilot environment, product context, and a point of contact for iteration.
F.I.S.H. contributes
Structured workflow scenarios, friction mapping, and qualitative observations across relevant users and tasks.
Possible outputs
Testing brief, findings matrix, prioritized observations, and product feedback memo.
What success could look like
The partner identifies actionable usability, accessibility, or workflow improvements.
Level 03

Research / Case Study Partner

Technology partner may provide
A defined research or documentation question, appropriate access, and agreement on sharing boundaries.
F.I.S.H. contributes
Scenario design, documented observation, synthesis, and responsible narrative development.
Possible outputs
Case-study draft, research questions, documented methods, and shareable learnings where appropriate.
What success could look like
A useful, transparent account of what was tried, observed, and learned — without overstated claims.
Level 04

Strategic Innovation Partner

Technology partner may provide
Longer-term access, cross-functional engagement, and a willingness to co-develop real-world pilot questions.
F.I.S.H. contributes
Ongoing applied evaluation, implementation perspective, iterative feedback, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Possible outputs
Pilot roadmap, repeated testing cycles, demonstration workflows, and strategic insights.
What success could look like
A clearer path from promising capability to responsible, usable implementation.
